Managing Director, Valhalla Foundation
Dana leads Valhalla’s early childhood portfolio. In this role, she leads the development of strategy and grant recommendations and manages a portfolio of early childhood grantees and social enterprises, providing strategic coaching and thought partnership to accelerate their results.
Before joining Valhalla, Dana was the Executive Chair of Thrive Foundation for Youth, a private youth development foundation that invested in evidence-based organizations seeking to scale programs that serve disadvantaged youth across the U.S. Dana has also worked extensively as an independent consultant in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, leveraging her expertise in pricing strategy and quantitative analysis.
Dana holds her PhD in Business and a Masters in Economics from Stanford University and a BA in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College.
