Prudence works alongside Valhalla’s leadership team as a strategic partner, driving the operational excellence that enables leadership to focus on the work that matters most. She manages events, executive calendars, social media, and website content.
Before joining Valhalla, Prudence spent nearly two decades supporting founders, CEOs, and executive directors across philanthropy, international development, education, and healthcare. She most recently served as Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO of African Leadership Academy, partnering on organizational strategy, board reporting, and high-level stakeholder engagements.
Prudence is also the founder of Executive Assistant Hacks, where she coaches EAs, chiefs of staff, and team leads on self-leadership, AI tool adoption, and managing up. As a Learning Experience Designer for ALX Africa and Sand Technologies, she designed virtual assistant and AI career programs that scaled globally.
Prudence holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science in Financial Accounting from the University of South Africa. She lives in Portugal with her son and loves to trek, with Mount Kilimanjaro her highest summit.
